At Wiki Digital Media, customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, due to the nature of our digital services, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. General Policy

All payments made to Wiki Digital Media are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that we invest time, expertise, and resources into each project from the start.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project not initiated: If work has not yet begun and no resources have been allocated, you may request a full refund within 3 days of payment.
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Unable to deliver: If we are unable to start or complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds under these circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Client delays or unresponsiveness
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery
  • Services already rendered or partially delivered
  • Monthly maintenance, hosting, or support packages
  • App store or third-party platform rejections (e.g. Apple, Google, plugins, etc.)

4. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client after initiation, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the amount of work completed. Administrative, consultation, or design fees are non-refundable.


5. Custom Quote & Enterprise Projects

All custom and enterprise-level services ($5000+) are non-refundable once the agreement is signed and the kickoff payment is made.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@wikidigitalmedia.com with the following details:

  • Invoice Number
  • Payment Date
  • Reason for refund request

We will review and respond to your request within 5–7 business days.


7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication and will do our best to resolve any issues amicably. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of services and/or legal action.


8. Changes to This Policy

Wiki Digital Media reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. Please review this page periodically.
